Business Development Management
- Manage the day-to-day sales relationship with new and existing customer base.
- Drive growth of Offshore Dedicated Teams and other services sales.
- Meet and exceed objectives in the areas of new revenue goal, prospect management activities, customer satisfaction and market penetration.
- Aggressively identify, evaluate, develop and close new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, develop sales proposals, and conduct other related sales activities.
- Expand existing business through client relationship management
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans in support of business opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and management to ensure the best possible service to the client.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven sales success in technology services, preferably in offshore software development services.
- Understanding of the offshore software development model.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
- Outstanding networking capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- 4 years degree course.
